Find Right South African Nurses - http://www.mednurse.co.za/our-client-services-health-recruitment/ -  With a focused and comprehensive approach to staffing, our team at Mednurse adhere to the best practices to provide high quality, experienced South African nurses for permanent and interim job positions.

Hello all. I am in the midst of completing my doctoral degree and in need of your help. If you are a nurse or know of someone that would be interested in participating in my study please forward the following to them. All information is confidential. I need 5-7 participants willing to share their experience.

Are you a confident nurse professional that has been targeted by a supervisor or manager’s uncivil behavior?

If so, you could provide helpful insight!

My name is Paul Helmreich and I am a doctoral student at Capella University. To complete my degree, I am conducting a research study that seeks to understand the direct experiences of female nurses’ (RN) self-confidence when confronted by a supervisor’s or manager’s uncivil workplace behavior (e.g., emotional or verbal abuse such as yelling, name-calling, gossiping, and blatant disregard for the employee in public or private).

If you are able to participate or know someone that could share their experiences, please contact me at phelmreich@capellauniversity.edu.  I will forward more information about the study to you. A 90-minute interview either in person or by telephone is required. If interested, once the research is complete, an executive summary of the study will be forwarded to you.

I hope you will partake in this study by contacting me by email. If you do not have the time or background for this study, I ask that you please FORWARD this invitation flyer to other female RNs that may have experienced targeted workplace incivility.

Thank you for your efforts with this study!

Hello everyone! Below I've shared a link to my companies nursing job board. I also wanted to introduce us to the community and say thanks for having us. We'll refrain from posting additional links to our nurse jobs, but we do also blog about nursing and I hope to share some of our future posts with this community. Also, we're open networkers so give us a follow because we'd love to connect with you!
