Ingredients
4 pcs eggs
4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
100 ml condensed milk
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1tsp baking soda
1 cups flour
150 g apricot jam
1 tbsp. powdered sugar

Cooking method:

1. In a mixing bowl whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla, condensed milk, apple cider vinegar and baking soda.
2. Add flour and whisk until homogenous mass.
3. Pour the mixture in the pan and bake for 10 minutes at 360 F/ 180 C.
4. Put the baked dough on the towel and roll it up, then freeze for 10 minutes.
5. After freezing open the dough, pour apricot jam and again roll it up.
6. Decorate the rolled-up biscuit roll with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

600 g pumpkin
500 ml chicken bouillon
20 g ginger
20 ml olive oil
1 pcs onion
2 pcs garlic cloves
2 pcs carrot
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp thyme
200 ml chicken bouillon
100 ml milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
14-20 pcs pumpkin seeds
10 g cheddar cheese
10 g bell pepper
10 g dill

Cooking method:

1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into dices.
2. Add the dices in the saucepan, pour chicken bouillon, add the chopped ginger and cook for 15-20 minutes.
3. In the frying pan fry the chopped onion, garlic and the grated carrots with olive oil.
4. Blend the cooked pumpkin dices and the fried mixture in the blender.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, thyme.
6. Add the chicken bouillon, milk and keep blending.
7. Add the mixture in the saucepan, season with cinnamon and simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Decorate with pumpkin seeds, cheddar cheese, bell pepper and dill.

Ingredients:

1L milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 pcs chicken breasts
60 ml olive oil
1 pcs onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 pcs carrot
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt
1 bunch coriander




Cooking method

1. In a mixing bowl stir eggs with milk, flour and add salt.
2. Pour a quarter of the mixture into the pan, tilting to coat the entire base.
3. Cook each sides until lightly golden brown.
4. Put the chicken breasts in the saucepan and cook for 20 minutes.
5.For the filling pour the olive oil in the frying pan and fry finely chopped onion, garlic, grated carrot.
6. Season with black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and add finely chopped coriander.
7. All mix well and the filling is ready.
8. Put a layer of pancake and add a tablespoon of the filling in the middle and roll-up the layer.
9. Fry the rolled-up pancakes in the olive oil.

½ tsp cinnamon
100 ml olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp baking soda
½ pcs orange
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup flour
½ cup raisin
1 tsp sesame


Cooking method

1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.
2. Add the pumpkin cubes in a pot, pour the hot water on them and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Blend the simmered pumpkin in blender.
4. In a mixing bowl whisk together eggs, sugar, blended pumpkin, cinnamon, olive oil.
5. In a separate bowl mix together lemon juice and baking soda and add to the mixture.
6. Squeeze the orange, add salt and vanilla extract and all mix well.
7. Add flour and keep mixing.
8. Add raisin and pour the mass in a frying pan.
9. Pour sesame and put the pan in the oven.Bake for 30 minutes at 356 F (180 C).

Ingredients:

300 g broccoli
2 pcs bell peppers
1 pcs onion
1 cup black grapes
½ cup raisin
½ cup black raisin
½ cup pomegranate
½ cup dried cherry
1 bunch coriander
100 g olives
100 g sour cream
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice


Cooking method:

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the chopped broccoli, the diced bell peppers, the finely chopped onion.
2. Add black grapes, raisin, black raisin, pomegranate, dried cherry and finely chopped coriander.
3. Whisk together sour cream, paprika, salt, soya sauce, olive oil and add to the mixture.
4. Add the lemon juice and combine.


The delicious salad is ready for serving.

Bechamel sauce
100 g butter
1 cup flour
500 ml milk
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
½ pcs nutmeg


Cooking method

Pancakes
1. In a mixing bowl stir eggs with milk, olive oil, flour and add salt.
2. Pour a quarter of the mixture into the pan, tilting to coat the entire base.
3. Cook each sides until lightly golden brown.

Bechamel sauce
4. Melt butter in a pot, add flour and whisk.
5. Add milk.
6. Season with black pepper, salt and add grated nutmeg.
7. Mix well and cook. The sauce is ready.


8. Put a layer of pancake, then put a dice of bacon on it, and a slice of mozzarella, again a dice of bacon, then a slice of cheddar cheese.
9.Roll-up the pancake.Repeat with all pancakes.
10.Put 4 rolled-up pancakes into the dish.
11. Cover with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
12. Add another 4 rolled-up pancakes and again cover with bechamel sauce and grated cheddar cheese.
13. Bake for 10 minutes at 356F/180C.
