Health Exercises (Non-lasik):

This exercise helps to regain vision, eliminate myopia and atigmatism, in addition to other eye diseases, doing it for several months and many hours a day more than six hours. If done shortly it alleviates the stress of the eyes produced by the light of the screen:

* ATTENTION : During the sessions that you are going to take this exercise, if they are going to be very prolonged, you can not see any kind of screen, whether mobile, tablets, mobile, computer and television. The video is made very simplified and without much exercise in the eye, so I will show the exercise improved by me.

Put hard your muscles and your bones.

For muscles strech a lot for tranning the tendons of the muscles. Try to strech in different positions. Look the Diagram.

For bones traning, beat the bone. (Becareful with woman bones, Student Head bones, and Baby bones), use from thin stick to a more bigger stick. (Can be metal or wood), you can beat sand bags also. Do this carefully or you can broke your bone!
