Want Abs?
If today you : 1) Had nothing to eat for lunch, 2) Had only a salad for lunch 3) Drank only juice, water, coffee or soda for lunch 4) Didn't eat a healthy breakfast 5) Ate greasy foods for lunch or 6) Ate approximately 1-3 times today.... Then stop reading here and inbox me. You need nutrition first....not abs 😐 ⚠

REMEMBER abs are made first in the kitchen and chisled in the gym...here is one of my favorite Ab chiseling exercises using my FAVORITE equipment, the equalizer! ❤

KNEE UPS work the lower to the upper-middle Ab region. Begginers can start by driving one knee up at a time. Intermediate/Advanced levels can drive both knees up at a time with or without making a connection to the ground with your feet. I typically do 30 or 60 sec intervals with 10sec rest in between. 💁 💪
