The Pursuit of a Good Life.

The good life is derived by what holds the greatest value in life - the factors that contribute the most to a well-lived and fulfilling life. It lies in the joy of achievement, in the thrill of creative effort. It involves using your signature strengths every day to produce authentic happiness and abundant gratification.

The pursuit of health and physical fitness, whether you are a runner, a swimmer, a cross-fitter, or a yogi creates joy of achievement. If your career or profession does not give you a personal fulfillment, healthy lifestyle through training and exercise has a positive transformative effect. The attainment in either weight loss, lean muscles, or better physique gives a feeling of more self-worth, and ultimately more joy into one’s life.

As America celebrates the Independence Day this July 4th, let’s all remember what President Franklin D. Roosevelt, once said
“Happiness is not in the mere possession of money; it lies in the joy of achievement, in the thrill of creative effort."
