#delete3  I rather like the bottom half, but the top half looks overcooked.

#save7    I rarely go for a centered composition, but there are times for it - and this is one of them. Love the lighting and tonal range.

#delete6  agree with +Nev Nels  also maybe some of the bottom/foreground... In any case: there seems to be a bit of contortion (some buildings appear to lean, others appear perfectly vertical...)

This is my second time attending this event which is held every April. It is a great time to reflect on the events of the past and impart the Chicano heritage to all that attend.

If you have time, take a listen to the following folk song, which summarizes the history of Chicano Park.

#delete5  for the WB mishap. I'd probably save it after some color correction.

#delete8  because of Willosophy, and I can't forget the mental image of a huge ship's anchor 'shopped into the middle of the FG by +Ricardo Liberato.

#save6  I wish the white cloud wasn't right at the edge of the building - it makes it look almost halo-ish. But cool reflection, and nice homage to THE.

Hello Light Boxers'

I decided to put my money where my mouth is and attended college full time. This pass semester went very well. I'm taking a Darkroom class. The following is a Silver Gelatin Print. Film Ilford HP5 400 ISO, Paper 11x14 Ilford RC. This print was scanned into Lightroom as is. All work was done in the analog darkroom.

#save2  I agree with Nev. Are there some tech issues, yeah, they've been mentioned. But the processing does go well with your story. I like the grey tones, it adds to the somber feel.

#save3  there are the already mentioned technical issues (highlighted/blown skin areas, centered composition, ...) but the capture of her face... I just couldn't delete....
