Hi guys, we thought you might find this video about #MS  and pregnancy useful. Tom

Hi everyone! I was diagnosed back in 2011. I've been following the MS diet since around February and apart from a few slips have stuck to it and feel great - I've been off Avonex for 3 months now with no relapses so far.

I live in Birmingham, UK and would love to meet up and chat to others in the same boat for encouragement, motivation and friendship.

Like many physicians, Dr. Terry Wahls focused on treating her patients' ailments with drugs or surgical procedures—until she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2000. Within three years, her back and stomach muscles had weakened to the point where she needed a tilt-recline wheelchair. Conventional medical treatments were failing her, and she feared that she would be bedridden for the rest of her life.

Imagine if you could find a way to tune up your metabolism, to increase the amount of energy you have, to be able to think clearly and feel less achy!

I am NOT saying pay for this diet plan or buy his book...but might be worth learning about tuning up your MITOCHONDRIA...

When they are not working properly, you suffer all the symptoms of low energy: fatigue, memory loss, pain, rapid aging, and more. Along the way, many things can go wrong that may impede your metabolism, make it run less efficiently, or practically shut it down.

Fatigue is the most common symptom of poorly functioning mitochondria

Hi everyone Merry Christmas. I was dx in 2004. Going on my 11 year in April. My sister who's older by 18 months also has had ms for18 years. I currently live in Miami Florida and have 1 child.

Hello my name is Teldra. I was recently diagnosed with MS in March 2014. I pray that I will get better. I recently moved to Florida from Amarillo Tx.

Hi guys, I'm Susie, living in Edinburgh! I'm really keen to connect with people who are treating Ms the natural way. I 100% believe that this is possible and have been eating the Terry Wahls way for a year and a half. I do however believe that food is only one factor... And would love to understand more about how people balance food, training, work and relaxation! I'm still ironing out some of these environmental factors, and could do with chatting to someone who gets it!! Please feel free to get in touch. I find it easy to find forums about Ms and meds, not so easy to connect for diet and environmental approach!! Hope to hear from you 😃😃😃

Hi! Let me introduce myself. My name is Kimberly and I was diagnosed with RRMS in November 2007. Hope everyone is doing well.
