Flexibility became a puzzle I had to solve.
I'd like to share with you some of what I’ve learned solving that puzzle
Dif types of flexibility
Stretching- what it DOES and DOES NOT do
Familiarize you with the concept that Stretching is NOT synonymous with Flexibility
Finally introduce you to my system of Strength training that I specifically designed to increase Flexibility: NeoROMex, “New Range of Motion Exercises” and it is the missing piece to the Flexibility puzzle!
