I have a healthy-regime change question.
For those who made decisions to get into shape, no matter when you made them, what were your motivations? Was it a health scare, self image, weight loss, wedding or reunion?
Also, how did you stick to your regimes/lifestyles?
I'm not trying to trigger anyone. I'm just gauging the room, so to speak. To be perfectly candid, I need to change my habits for health reasons, but I'm also stubborn about giving up my desserts and soda, LOL.
