The video of the police arresting two black men in a Starbucks, viewed more than 10 million times online, quickly prompted a full-blown crisis: accusations of racism, protests both in and around the cafe, and a corporate apology on “Good Morning America.”

GA (Photo) Former Hart County probate judge Bobby Joe Smith, 77, of Hartwell, was indicted on Thursday. He faces allegations he forcibly kissed and groped three women. Smith faces one count of bribery and three counts of civil rights violations in the alleged sexual assaults committed between May 2013 and May 2014. None of the women consented to Smith’s advances.
