What does current literature and practice say about Crush Injuries in regards to resuscitation? What is our goals? Are we worried bout electrolyte abnormalities occurring? Are we really worried about the kidneys? Do we need to push fluids like NS, and electrolytes like Calcium and sodium Bicarb prior to a release of a crush injury? Thoughts?
