As promised yesterday's assault on Mt. Roberts Trail. from start to almost finish. The cross marking the high point of the run 37:50 . Tried a new image stabilization technique its a bit more shaky but I think the end result is a more accurate representation of my experience to make it even more accurate put you treadmill in a commercial freezer and set the incline to 1000ft per mile.

Now that sun rise is at 8:00am and sun set is at 3:20pm night runs are becoming the norm. To expand my night running options I procured a new and much brighter headlamp, its awesome!

Location: Brother hood bridge trail and the Montana creek trail.
