This is too cute! Does anyone know where I can get some berry baskets or does anyone happen to have some in recycle?

Look how cute! I'd like to give a big shout out to the Buono family for making 6 seat crates for our classroom. The best part is they didn't even know that pugs are Miss Kelsey's favorite animal...so cute! These will make great additions to our library and rug areas in addition to helping store materials in the room. Thanks so much for volunteering your time to make these. They look great!

The time is here to volunteer! I understand that note everyone has their clearances in to be able to work with us in the classroom, but we have plenty of things that you can help with at home. Many hands make light work!

Pencil Brigade - to sharpen pencils and colored pencils at home

Scholastic - Monthly pull apart fliers, add class code and due dates

Activity and Class Tools creators - Help with creating projects for the class - may involve cutting, gluing, stapling, etc. I will always send in an example and all main supplies necessary

Please let me know what you would like to help with right now. I will send everything in a large zip log bag in your child's backpack where it can be returned upon completion. An example of an item I would like assembled are mallets for a whack a word activity...check out the video link...it will making learning our sight words or letter sounds more interactive...they will love it! Thanks for helping!

Welcome to Miss Kelsey's Kindergarten Community! I am excited to introduce our Google + Community for our classroom. Here we can all share important information, ask questions, have a discussion, or share. I would to use this to also find out how people would like to volunteer. Please stay tuned for my next post!
