Feed starter 100 g whole wheat flour and 180 g water. Allow to start bubbling (mine takes around 3 hours)
When the starter is ready mix together 200 g starter, 200 g flour and 150 g water. Form a dough, secure with plastic wrap and allow to sit in a warm, dark place for 12-24 hours. When you want to bake it, preheat an oven to 240 C. In the meantime, take the dough and vigorously stir it into a thick batter. Spoon the dough into nonstick muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes.
