For some reason I forgot to include that a half cup of orange juice was added. Yes, brown sugar would have been good, but I wasn't sure if it would have altered the glycemic index too much.

I was in a gas station the other day and saw a sign that read ANY SIZE SOFT DRINK $1. I laughed and thought this is truly the voice of the devil as far as weight management is concerned.
