What to do with JUICE PULP: LENTIL FLATBREAD
First, I make the juice from 2 medium apples and 2 large carrots. And then I drink it. Yummers!   
Then, I make the delicious flatbread:  
 - 3/4 cup red lentils
 - 2 tbsp flax 
 - 1 tbsp chia seeds
 - 1 cup water 
 - 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
 - coarse sea salt
 - 1 1/2 cups juice pulp (I've only tried it with carrot and apple pulp, but I imagine it would also be good with pretty much any variety of produce pulp) 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Scoop the coconut oil onto an 8x10 pan and place in the oven while it is preheating. While the oil is melting, grind the dry lentils, flax seeds, and chai seeds in a magic bullet. Mix the lentil and seed flour mixture in a bowl with the salt and water, then mix in the pulp. Once the coconut oil is melted, spread the lentil/pulp mixture onto the pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Flip about 20 minutes in. This is one of my absolute favourite ways to use up that leftover juice pulp (why waste it?!) Bon appetit!
