Hello community. I need your advice.
I'm a SysAdmin and Data Centre expert based in Nigeria. Everybody here is neck deep into Microsoft and Cisco, it's difficult to really differentiate oneself. I've been looking for a new upcoming technology that may usurp the influence of the existing giants in Nigeria, so that I can lead in mastering this technology. I came across Openstack, and it's phenomenal growth is really promising.
My questions:
1) Do you think Openstack will have a role in Nigeria?
2) The time it will take for me to learn and become an Openstack master, is it worth investing in it, or do I channel my efforts towards something else?
3) If Openstack is the way to go, can you direct me to resource that will help me grab it quickly?
4) If Nigeria is not ready for Openstack, what technology do you advise?
Here is my LinkedIn profile page:

I'm really looking for a cloud provider. I'm working with a UK based startup who are using AWS and have an opportunity to move into Nigeria with a partner. But we're used to AWS. Which is easy and cost effective.

We need that kind of a service in Nigeria. Can anyone point us in the right direction? Really struggling to find anything clear and obvious online.
