The palmolive ended up being 99cents. This was on sale from 3.99 to 1.99 then I had a coupon. Tampons were from 5.49 to to 3.99 and I had a 1.00 coupon. I had a 5.00 coupon on a razor.. and then I had a 5.00 store coupon to use on anything in the store. I have more but you get the concept. I saved a total of 31.38.

Just so you know the woman at walgreens was not all that receptive and tried throwing out six dollars worth of coupons on me, saying they didnt apply. I kindly made her read them...It took more time for her as she may have been trying to shorten her time with me. Moral of the story read your coupons. If unsure dont let them throw them out until you have re-
looked at them.

Tons of coupons this last Sunday, a lot of hair products and even soft soaps. looking through my coupon book there is going to be a big clean out next week.  I have had pretty good luck at the dollar general stocking up. Last year we didnt have to buy Laundry soap until february. During the winter months when money tends to be tighter this was a big deal.

Mr Clean 40oz was $2.45 at Dollar General I  then I had a dollar off coupon, bringing it to $1.45....I find the Dollar General has quite a few cleaning items that are already  pretty low and the coupons add to my savings.

There was no coupon on this but CVS was having a sale, buy one get two free. We usually buy Tod pods, but  for $5.99 for 54 pods verses 10.99 for 31 pods of the Tide. I think we will try it on our towels.
