DIFFERENT CHILDREN, DIFFERENT NEEDS SAME EDUCATION POLICY
Children are the heritage of God, Children are also the heritage of the family. We cannot talk about children without making reference to their family or parent, because children are members of a tribe. To every child there is a destined purpose and mission on earth, which distinguishes each child, but the ability of a child to fulfill that purpose depends on the child’s upbringing, the child and the parent. The things that differentiate a child from another are the family, upbringing, environment, exposure to social life and also not leaving out education.

DIFFERENT CHILDREN
We have lot of different children in the world with no same life trait, I will classify children as weak children, average children, good children, based on these following things; their family background strength, education background strength, environment background strength and exposure to life background strength.
1. Weak Children:
There are so many children that their strength capacity in those four background strength is very weak, this is not due to low assimilation or intelligent capacity of those children, but due to the ability that the family background do not encourage good upbringing of children, some family fails to bring up their children well and they will hide under some excuses that the economy of the country is not favorable, but I ask myself when do they think the economy of the country will be favorable for them?. They will also give excuses that the government is not helping their situation by offering free education, but I say that is a big lie because we thank God for the live some state government state offers free education also free text books to students, some family do not use this opportunity of free education well, they just put their children in school and they will not even bother about the welfares of education of those children. Some children are weak due to bad environment diversity and exposure to bad social lives.
2. Average Children:
These are children whose family background strength is okay! While their educational background is average but have poor environment background upbringing, these type of children I describe them as the type of children that take their time to develop their selves and they allows their environment to develop through their behavior, also their exposure to social life is poor but they take their time to also develop their selves to have a good life exposure , these type of children their family have the passion for education but they are average when it comes to financial status, these family take their time to encourage their children to live a better life, they also motivate their children to be the best in the environment irrespective of the financial status they are.
3. Good children:
They are children who have good moral attitude, good family background strength, good environment background strength, good exposure to social life and also good education background strength. These type of children are not only good just because they only have all the good strength background, they are children who have rebrand their selves in area of good manners in which their manners are productive to the society at large. Children of these stage their family do not just give their children education only but they give them moral education, good exposure to things, and how to relate with other in the society with good manner.
Children are one of the assets of a family, but many families fail to understand this, and they fails to attend to the need of their children but these children needs differ.

DIFFERENT NEEDS SAME EDUCATION POLICY
The economist refers needs as our necessity. Children have different needs, one of the necessities of children from family or parents are education, food, shelter, clothes, good life, good spiritual life, moral, and some material things, all these things mentioned above are one of the necessities of children, but all these things mentioned also have different policy and desires except education, which have same policy. Education as the best legacy, have some policy which are applied to children, education policy is that a child start with early childhood education, from kindergarten, to primary level, secondary level , tertiary level, some other professional degrees, adult education and some job training.
Children have different needs but their need depends on the class the child finds his/her self. Children that find his/her self in a poor or weak class, their needs will tend to be different from the children who find their self in the average class also the needs of the average class children will also be different from the rich class. Children needs are different from the class of family they find their self.
There are some problems family or individual do face while needs of children arises, these problems are;
1. Money to meet some needs of the children.
2. Availability to the children (i.e. being available at the time the children needs you).
3. Thinking that children or child does not need the particular thing he/she ask for at that time he asks for it.
4. Lack of understanding what the child or children needs
5. Lack of cordial relationship between the parent or family and children
Solutions to those problems are;
1. The little money we have we should make it available for some needs of the children and let them understand the why some their need are not be meet.
2. Understanding what the children needs.
3. Be available for children when not working.
4. Make children understand the usefulness of what you provide for them in absent of their needs.
5. Let there be relationship between children and the parent or family.

Haven understand the different needs of children and we realize that every child have the same education policy, in which this policy help us to understand that children has the right for education form the childhood to adulthood, that every child have the right to have a good conducive environment for learning, qualified and well trained teacher and also a registered school that have various amenities for learning both practical and theories. In this education policy there are some challenges or problems that are faced by human and we tend to find solution to such problems, the following are some problems;
1. The age a particular child begins his or her education, some children did not begin their education career on time, this is due to monetary incapacity of the family or due to the illiteracy of the family.
2. Substandard school: we have lots of substandard school in our environment these days in which they being patronize by families and parents that does not have the capacity to pay much for other school who are standard school.
3. Unqualified teacher: this is caused by unemployment, there are lot of young ones in search of job, this give them opportunity to go into teaching in which they understand that they are not qualified to teach and this has being promoting substandard education foundation for children.
There are no problems without remedies, if not the remedies but a means to solve the problems. Remedies to those problems facing human in education policy;
1. Enlighten families about the importance of education on young one’s ( i.e. organizing seminars or talk show which will be used to educate families about importance of education)
2. Improving on free education scheme so as to encourage the less privilege to benefit from it and also improve in the standard of school infrastructure amenities and academics amenities like books and laboratory equipment for practical of the school that offers the free education scheme.
3. Job should be available for field f qualification, not an engineer going into teaching and also to encourage young youth to apply for college of education so as to reduce unqualified teachers.
Education policy is same everywhere. Which means what is being taught in a private schools same is taught in a public school what differ is the standard each offer to children. Every child has the right to education.
