Okay, so I saw this and here is how I would say this match goes down (not DBZ because that is overkill). On scale of power, MLPverse ranks on a Dragonball scale of pre-Roshi's training.

None of the characters have shown speed that could equal Goku's afterimage speed or destructive power (not even Super Twilight) that could match Master Roshi's mountain-busting Kamehameha, let alone his moon-busting one.

In a fight, only Twilight has somewhat impressed me when she fought Tirek. Her use of teleportation was very well done and her overall fighting style was very effective, though she could use some training to learn how to DOOOOOOOOOODGE!!!!

Luna and Celestia... well we never saw either of them fight and Celestia has nothing but loses on her track record: technically lost to Nightmare Moon (had to use extra power from the Elements to banish her) and lost a duel against Chrysalis. Heck, she was easily and silently captured by a bunch of plants/tentacles (oh my~) in the season 4 pilot.
Luna is, on the hierarchical scale, below Celestia and seeing how easily Celestia was beaten by basically 1 attack each time, Luna wouldn't fare any better.

If I had to give this fight any form of fairness, it would be Luna vs Kid Goku just before he started training with Roshi.
This Goku knows the Kamehameha but hasn't used its full potential yet nor can he use it too often due to not having a large enough Ki reserve yet.

Luna can fly and while Goku can use the Nimbus Cloud as well, it's outside interference which I won't allow.
This gives Luna an advantage. Luna is naturally faster than most pegasi, being an alicorn, but is most likely not fast enough to outspeed Goku in a fight.

The only for Luna to win that would be to spam her magic beams at him while staying at a distance. Goku's superior physical strength would make a close-combat encounter suicidal for Luna, seeing as she has no known close-combat experience (or any pony for that matter, save for Applejack and RD, somehow knowing some martial arts).

Now, people have pointed out before that seeing as Luna and Celestia are able to move the celestial objects in the sky, the Sun and the moon, they should easily be capable of levitating a mere Saiyan into outer space using levitation.

The thing with that is that such a concept is not applicable here due to the fact this isn't something they'd think of doing nor is the logic sound.

The moon and Sun in MLP is definitely not the same as the realistic one; moving an object 1/4th the mass of Earth (moon) and one that's 330.000 times that of Earth would not only cause immense destruction the the Earth but also to the entire solar system.

The idea behind them moving those objects is that those objects are shown as "dots" at the sky; they aren't realistic so their scientific values aren't realistic either.
Moving them seems to be a very hard thing to do as only Luna, Celestia and Super Twilight ever managed it (and Discord through chaos magic/reality warping) and no other ponies did before (either they failed or it wasn't their authority to do this).

What I'm trying to say is that while moving those bodies are impressive feats, moving a living, moving being isn't the same as moving those almost immobile bodies.
Goku can resist a levitation and the struggling would affect the user's concentration somewhat (however, Tirek did levitate Twilight with ease and despite her struggling, couldn't break free while Tirek casually threw her against a mountain).
Levitation aside, sending Goku into outer space doesn't seem like something she can do due to the fact she'd have to come with him that high (I think they have to somewhat see what they hold in order to keep the levitation active).

In that time, Goku can fire a Kamehameha at her and either she dodges and drops Goku due to breaking concentration, or she takes it and gets heavily damaged.

One more thing to note is that Goku, as a Saiyan, has a much greater resistance to the higher altitude and oxygen deprivation than normal humans, as seen in all cases a Saiyan fought in higher atmosphere (Bardock vs Frieza, Vegeta going from one planet to the other, Goku vs Beerus).
So he won't choke or freeze to death that easily.

In the end, Luna faces against a MUCH stronger, faster, more seasoned warrior with a big height difference and stronger limbs as well (Goku can punch and kick whereas Luna can only back-kick).
I only see her do well against Pre-Roshi's training Goku.
