I love it! Wish I could get something like this done for Delray Beach, Florida. Completely different vibe for our town. Love the high quality imagery!

Mike, love it! What phone did you use to shoot the video and what was that handheld tool you used that made everything smooth?

YOUTUBE has added a POLL / SURVEY question that  is displayed in the TOP RH corner of the display window

Now you can repurpose older video footage to recycle into play

Here is an example how we use drone videos in real estate not just to showcase a specific home listing, but with a broader stroke, how we define a unique ambiance and lifestyle associated with different individual neighborhoods..

Celebrity voice over, timelapse and some drone action. Three separate pros shooting with three separate cameras all edited and put together. Took some time but I think it portrays the home well. Thoughts? cc: +The Boutique Real Estate Group

Almost lost me with the time lapse of the golfers. Voice over saved it and was the best part of the whole video. Had a nice southern tone to it. Would be perfect for a southern plantation style home. Well done.

This $800 million real estate company wants to help you beat jet lag with an app

For people who have to travel frequently for work, maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be exceedingly difficult.

Delos is a real estate company that promotes putting wellness at the center of our built environment. In addition to a New York apartment building with anti-microbial countertops and showers infused with Vitamin C, Delos has partnered with several US hotels to create a line of "Stay Well" hotel rooms equipped with high-tech features that have health in mind.

The features — like a slowly increasing light that simulates the dawn, air purification systems, aromatherapy, memory foam mattresses, nutritious meals, and ambient sound that gradually increases in volume — are meant to improve air and water quality, regulate sleep patterns, and keep travelers from being exposed to allergens and germs.

First launched with 41 rooms at Las Vegas' MGM Grand in 2012, the Stay Well program has recently expanded to include 171 rooms at that hotel as well as others at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Charlotte Marriott City Center, Richmond Marriott Short Pump, Residence Inn Orlando Lake Nona, Courtyard Orlando Lake Nona, and Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina.

Each of those properties also offers its own app, which can give travelers local recommendations and go into more detail on the wellness features you can expect to find in your room.

A jet lag tool can give you a personalized jet-lag-fighting itinerary based on what time your flight lands and how far you've traveled.

It'll give you tips as specific as the best time to drink coffee and when to expose yourself to light to effectively beat jet lag. Blackout shades and circadian lighting make it easier for travelers to control their exposure to direct light.

The apps suggest "Vitamin D Walks" that you can take at prime times to increase your sun exposure — a helpful reminder if you've been napping or suffering from jet lag.

The Stay Well apps also come loaded with video meditations led by Deepak Chopra (Chopra sits on Delos' advisory board, along with Leonardo DiCaprio and former US Congressman Dick Gephardt).

Delos announced that it had raised an additional $20 million at an $800 million valuation in July. Bill Gates' Cascade Investment and Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeffrey Vinik led a previous investment round of $108 million in October 2015. Delos has raised a total of $171.24 million in venture capital since it was founded in 2013 by Paul Scialla.

To see the full list of the hotel rooms' wellness features, visit Stay Well's website.

Hello,

Does anyone have any tips on how to take this video to the next level?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rg0TW1y1i8Q

I'm still pretty new to taking drone footage but I'm getting the hang of some techniques. On the editing front however I'm still a novice. Any feedback would be appreciated!

Been a busy month with video. Here is a new one with a great story. We tried to do something a little different on this video and wanted to get your thoughts? We interviewed the homeowner to get his "story" on why he built this custom home. We do not usually have homeowners in videos but he seemed to do a really great job. Since he is a world class chef we had him prepare a meal for us (from scratch) and we let the cameras roll! Let me know what you think.

Here's a quick "Digital Open House" video I made for a property here in the Chicago area. This was shot and edited in the same day (roughly 3 hour turnaround). Shot handheld with a Canon 60D. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Combining aerial to real estate video is a passion for me. Seeing a lot of aerial videos and ground I have become critical. Cinematography style video that creates an inviting seductive attraction, especially with luxury home, is better than walking through or standing in front of a home. Worst of all are slide shows that claim to be video. Here is a sample of how video has evolved for me. Here is the unbranded version for the MLS. Branded is in YouTube. Shot indoor and outdoor with a DJI Osmo at 4K and DJI Phantom 3 at 4K. Biggest mistake made was shooting a 30 fps with the Osmo and 60 fps with the P3. Since learned to reset everything to 24 fps for a better cinema look. Some aerial shot a no higher than 6 feet.

Hi folks, it's been a while since I posted anything in this group and in fact, the last time I did I was using an old Google Plus profile. Wow, over 6,500 members here now, that's awesome. I wanted to share my latest real estate video with you - a same day shoot and edit on a property here in Brisbane, Australia. I had a DJI Inspire in the sky and all ground shots were done using a Panasonic GH4 on a Ronin-M. It was a stinking hot day (summer here in Oz) with some great clouds and blue skies. Feedback is always welcome, thanks for watching!

Surprised there is very little conversation here about Matterport

Since procuring a Matterport  I have done very little video; other than the market report type stuff.

Have you searched out a local provider?

Here's a sample of one of mine

The technology requires that Matterport HOST the rendered model.  I am uploading scans.

Cost per upload is $19 per model plus monthly broadband hosting fee.

If you are successful loading models you could have 10 - 20 or more online
