From Brian Boero at 1000watt;

"Northern California brokerage Pacific Union came out with set of videos that show how to do it right. Each piece covers a different region within their footprint and delivers a clear, quick market overview mixing hard numbers and intelligence gathered from their people in each area. Production values are high."

Hey Guys,

Here with another blog, but with a different idea. We have all heard about the rise of 3D tours in real estate, but I believe that this is a bit overhyped. Here are five reasons video still works better than 3D. Look forward to your feedback!

This may be our best effort yet! This home was on the market previously with another agent so we put our best foot forward on this one. (Turn up the sound!)

So here is my latest video with a bit of a different approach, we have the owner on screen doing the narration of the story behind the property and the lifestyle it offers.  I would love to hear your thoughts, but be gentle its me and my house. We did this format for another one of our listings for our company and it turned out very cool. Video was crated by Travis Rowen of living maui photography

Hey folks, would love your feedback on my video. Rather than showing an empty house as so often is the case in real estate videos, we thought we'd get real people in to act out various scenes and showcase the features of this property. Does it work? Let me know what you think!

Our version of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Actors, drone, cool cars, city views, sick soundtrack and some special effects. Let me know your thoughts.

The piece is well done;   Its for a property for sale?
Graphics are good Music is good?  Split screen graphics are well done.

Who is the intended audience and where is the call to action?

I had fun making this video. I think by videoing people using the space it helps captured the essence of the home. What do you think?

+Lance & Company - Nova Home Loans Yes Lance. I would advocate the use of video. The price point has come down dramatically over the past few years and in the long run it will cost you more NOT to do video than to invest in video and do it right. cc: +The Boutique Real Estate Group

Hadn't seen anything like this before - a real estate school having a class for real estate agents on how to use drones, or something.
Today, drones are making a huge impact on the world as we know it. They are rapidly appearing in the real estate industry and the technology is growing leaps and bounds each day. However, there are government regulations, safety concerns and several aspects of drone flying that you need to know before you fly one.

Here is a video I had created by my videographer Travis Rowen of living Maui. I wanted to explain all the unique features but to do it in a story fashion from a bit of a different perspective. your comments and thoughts are appreciated.

In your opinion what is the ideal length of a Community video should be?

Thank you +Andrew Mooers for thoughtful response, I really appreciate it, I will take your input and have it reflects future videos, When I shot the video we did not have a home to show/view, now the builder completed a show case home, my next video will be focused on that one home and detail, this video however was more of an answer to the questions: Why Should I Live here?

This video got a write up in the Orange County Register.

Perhaps you could pitch a similar story about one of your videos to your local newspaper.

Really interesting video presentation. We love the story hook, but does it really sell the house? We were amazed to read that some realtors are paying up to $1m for a property video in the US. In the UK, the market is way behind, realtors (estate agents) are just about coping with the idea of aerial imagery. In a property video, even with lifestlye actors, superb lighting and top production crew, with today's tech, no property video need cost $1m. We believe money should be spent where it can be seen - on screen.
