Hi is it possible to get help with questions

There 4 states of matter are plasma, liquid, solid, and gas.
water comes in at least three states of matter
Gas:Water vapor
Liquid:Water
Solid: Ice
So can Water be in the fourth state of matter too? If so what is is called? What properties does it have?
