Ken Ivory of American Lands Council is under investigation for fraudulent use of monies collected in his pursuit for disposal of federal land to western states.   Now that ALC name is sullied by the alleged fraud, the new act is ushered in by Idaho County Commissioner under the auspices of Western Landmark Foundation.  Idaho County Commission has paid at least $10,000 to American Lands Council.   The investigation states that Ken and Becky Ivory are suspected of using the monies they collected as "Memberships" for their own personal expenses.  But here we are - with a new organization.  BUYERS BEWARE.   Oh but don't worry, you won't get a chance to vote on it as a citizen of Idaho County.   Jim knows best.
