Looking for quick workout? Little change of pace here. The 1st time I tried yoga I absolutely hated it & quit 5 min in. But as part of p90x I committed to doing the whole program INCLUDING yoga. I like Tony's approach to yoga. The flexibility I gained from it is incredible and guess what? Lower back & neck pain went bye, bye too! Give it a try. Let me know what you think.

Resistance bands are my bread and butter when I travel but still want to work on my muscles. They are relatively inexpensive as compared to weights and with the right exercises where you ensure constant resistance you can still build and tone your full body muscles without a set of weights. Check out this full body resistance band training workout with 6 compound exercises. If you perform each exercises correctly, you should definitely feel the burn after just one round (10 min each round).  Perform this routine 3 times for a 30 min quick strength training workout.

We are going to kickstart February with an intense body weight only 20 min core cardio interval workout. It is a non stop cardio with 15 sec recovery movement intervals and 45 sec cardio working intervals. It doesn't just burn out your core but also your arms, shoulders, chest, and legs. You’ve probably had several occasions in which things didn’t work out the way you hoped they would, but you either learned to ‘make the best of it’ or you moved on, leaving the thing or the person that didn’t work out behind you.
But there can be a consequence for ‘moving on’ when things didn’t work out; the failure can occupy our memory system, and with enough things that didn’t work out taking up memory space in our brain, we can lose our self-confidence, and our dreams of having other things work out can be reduced to ashes.
The phenomenon of ‘things not working out’ seems to happen mostly to people who lack a passionate purpose in life; they end up accumulating things that just ‘seemed to happen’ to them, and as their years passed, the accumulation of things that just found their way into our lives can create a weight around our neck that can become so burdensome that we just give up on trying to make anything new work out for us. Lots of people end up with too many things that just didn’t work out, and they allow them to take up space in their lives that leaves little, if any, space for new and better experiences; they go to the same job every day that they would rather not go to, wearing the same clothes, driving the same old car, living in the same old place, and feeling the same old thoughts about how their life is slipping away from them. -Ron Reynolds
