Hi! I'm Bethany owner of Kidding Around Greenville and the owner of this group. I've been absent from G+ lately and haven't been monitoring this group as well as I would have liked. Please remember that this is a community. Introductions are fine and non-spammy discussion of what you do, but please don't post ads.

Hi There - just for #smallbusiness  owners in #GreenvilleSC who are using LinkedIn to promote their business:
http://managemysocialmedia.blogspot.com/2015/06/linkedin-for-small-business-company.html

Hello all! My Name is Raegan! I am new to Greenville, I have only been here for about a month now. I am a hairstylist/cosmetologist of 6 years. My career is not just a job to me, it is my passion and art. I am constantly aspiring to learn and grow in the industry. As for Greenville, I am in love with this new city I call home! The folks here are so nice and beautiful! I am looking forward to gaining a clientele here and building a rapport with them; sharing stories, laughter, and friendship. I am honored to join the talented group at Urban Nirvana @ McBee Station downtown. I am offering a promotion to all new clients; a free haircut with any color service, or a free conditioning treatment with a haircut. If you are interested please call 864.404.2100 and book your appointment, mention this offer. Share this with your friends too! I look forward to meeting you!
 Best regards,
Raegan

North of Greenville just south of the North Carolina Border is the Jones Gap State Park.  Just off Hwy 276, it is part of the Mountain Bridge State Natural area and trails connect it with Caesar's Head. From the visitor's center about 1.8 miles in is Rainbow Falls.  Easier to see in the winter without the leaves on the trees.  It's a bit of effort to get up to the falls but well worth it.  Being a chilly winter morning the ice at the falls made it even more spectacular.

We also saw Needle Ice.  Beautiful formation when the air is freezing and the ground is not.  Wikipedia here:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Needle_ice

Here's an image of a very smart girl's school science project to show the amount of hidden sugars in various drinks. If only all of our kids knew that high sugar intake is a contributing factor to weight gain and a host of health issues such as heart disease and diabetes. Sure hope she got an A – she deserves it!

Save money and time by having one location that fulfills both your needs when traveling for business. Located in the heart of downtown Greenville, this studio will allow you to spend the night, conduct your business, network and stay productive in a private business casual setting. Studio is furnished with comfortable sleeping quarters, desk area, full bathroom and a separate meeting space with fully equipped bar.

The suite is located in the ground floor of a beautiful historic building with exposed brick and Greenville Murals, also includes a private parking space.

Charming southerner feeling. Very quiet at night and buzzing during the day. Suite is located in a independent building, which allows you to stay more comfortable than in apartments or hotels, due to no neighbors and no noise.

Though normally the site of my professional training programs for engineers, while not in use, it is available for rent to those looking for a short term living/working location in the Upstate.
Work space--complete with desk, fax machine and printer with free WiFi,
The Bar- complete with
- mini-refrigerator,
- microwave,
- electric wok, and
- coffee maker.
