This is the Prologue to one of my stories. It is fanfiction, I do not plan on publishing this

The full moon floated above the forest, it's luminescent glare beaming down on the woods below. A large group of cats slid out of the bracken, each padding silently, one after another, their muscles rippling underneath their pelts. In the lead was a large black tom, his dark pelt shining, and was leading the cats through what seemed like an eternity. Near the back of the group, cats rustled as they heard an apprentice speak up. All heads were turned when the silver she-cat spoke, and Clearpaw didn't hesitate.
"Where are you taking us? We've been walking for what seems like moons! You haven't even told us where we are going to, and why do you expect us to keep following you, if we don't even know where we're being lead?" Murmurs of agreement were heard amongst the clan as they listened to ClearPaw's words. "Yeah, why should we listen to HollowStar, if we don't even know where he's leading us." One cat murmured. "He's our leader, he's bound to be taking us somewhere safe!" Another cat yowled. Soon enough, every cat was trying to talk over the next, and chaos erupted.
"Enough!" Every cat stopped and looked towards the direction of the command, and standing there was HollowStar, accompanied by his mate, HollyFlower. "It is a time of great peril for FrostClan. Already, EarthClan and DarkClan have been destroyed by the fire. We were lucky to avoid it, for the lives of many were lost due to it." The FrostClan cats nodded grimly as they remembered the fire that had raged parts of the forest, and how two clans ad been destroyed. But they were also relieved, for the fire evaded their part of the forest, even if it meant sending them on this unpredicted journey. HollowStar spoke up again.
"EarthClan were good allies, and DarkClan was idle. Both didn't deserve their grisly fates. As for FlameClan, who knows what happened to them. It seems that they chose the right choice, the safe one. It is the best for our clan, I'm sorry, but I have to do this." Each cat tingled with anticipation and wariness as they continued listening to the black tom, their tails twitching and uncertain mews spreading across the clan. HollowStar silenced the cats with a wave of his tail.
"Ehm, as I was saying...'' He began. ''I have decided that if it would be best if our clan became...kittypets.'' HollowStar grimaced as the words slid off his tongue. Anguished mews rose from the cats below, wailing in protest.
"Become a kittypet! Are you mad!?'' A cat named TalonShard yowled, fury evident in his amber eyes.
"We're warriors, that soft, mushy life is not for us!'' His mate, AmberShade protested.
         "StarClan save us!''
A small, tabby kit slid out of the crowd, looking up at the leader with round green eyes. The tufts that tipped his large ears flowed as the wind buffeted OwlKit's fur."What's a kittypet?'' He mewed, shuffling his paws. "Is it my friend who I met at the edge of the border that was kind of fat? And lived in a square den with dogs?'' He mewed. ''Are kittypets bad?'' Mews sounded from the clan-cats, some of sympathy, and some of disapproval. Owlkit shrunk back into the crowd, as the mews slowly grew louder, his flowy tail brushing with his sister's, MoonKit.
The clan immediately ceased their complaints, and looked back at HollowStar. TalonShard and AmberShade sat together, their blazing amber gazes piercing right through the tom. HollowStar suppressed a shudder. "Since a large amount of you will not listen to my reasoning, I hope that you will listen to the word of a medicine cat.'' On cue, the FrostClan medicine cat, Poppywhisker, stepped up, with a quick, courteous nod towards HollowStar's direction. "As you all know, HollowStar is leading us towards Twolegplace. Once we get, there, it is your responsibility to find yourself a nest to live in, or else you become a rogue. Starclan sent a prophecy, telling of the dark days on which the clans will fall. Clan life is shattering around us, and even though it is hard, becoming kittypets seems safer than becoming rogues, lost and left to fend for themselves."
"But we do fend for ourselves! We live in the wild for StarClan's sake!" Hucklefur meowed.
All heads turned to stare at the mottled brown warrior. Only the most mouse-brained warrior dares to speak up against the wisest cat in the clan, in front of the whole clan too! "Poppywhisker opened her mouth to argue, but HollowStar cut her off. "We are heading to Twolegplace, and you must follow me! The clan leader's word is law." He added, "If you don't want to become a kittypet, then become a rogue, I don't care at this point." He spat. "But I only wants what's best for my clan...
The black tom leapt off the rock, waving his tail. His clan followed, most having slowed starts. Tails drooping as their leader led them towards TwolegPlace, all had the same thought ringing in their heads:
Will their ever be such thing as Clans again?
