The front part of the salmon is cut into slices (not filleted), and fried in butter in a pan, seasoned with lemon pepper mix and salt. 
Accessories: potatoes or fettuccini, and a salad of tomatoes and onions. 
Dressing: sour cream and a little vinegar, salt, pepper, little bit of sugar and dill.
The rear end of the salmon is fried whole in the oven, marinated in spices.
