#FOOD: My yummy breakfast packed with #healthy nutrients: water + spinach + one date + 2tbsp cocoa powder + 1 tbsp hemp protein powder + 1 scoop of vega chocalot protein + 1 tbsp flaxseed. About 300 calories, which gives me energy and approximately 23g carbs, 27g protein and 12g of healthy fats. Dates have zero fat and can be used to make your smoothies sweeter, and give you energy!
