It was another great run that wound out being a best pace and best distance run!! And it felt good and I ran at 4.5 miles an hour with a finish at 4.7 and when I was walking it was at least at 3.5 miles an hour and it was just GOOD.

Woot!! :D

I felt being fast, probably I wasn't.
edt: And it was one of my fastest.

Kryspin just finished a Runtastic run of 5.55 km in 26m 07s

+Karel K Většinou když si myslím, že to bylo rychlé, tak zjistím, že to bylo nic moc. Tak jsem se na to už připravil. Ale nakonec to byl jeden z nejlepších běhů.

Oh, that was a wonderful run on a beautiful evening! The weather couldn't possibly be nicer so I was really excited to be on the road. And boy howdy did it go well -- I ran further and faster and could breathe the whole way and my legs didn't hurt and there were birds and it was all just fantastic

:D

I'm doing some great progress with my 10 Km training. I'm definitely running faster than before!
All my hard work training for my upcoming 10 km race is paying off. I'm close to my P.R in practice! I always do much better in a race!

Starting over again, again.
I ran in the actual world today. No treadmill today for me.
I feel so much better when I run. I don't know why I stop. I'll run habitually for months and then not run for 3 weeks. Today I started at the beginning.
Its nice that the muscle memory was there.

Woo-hoo, y'all!! That was the most wonderful run -- entirely unexpectedly so. I expected that it would be a serviceable run -- what I did was a best pace and distance!! Woot!!

So much awesomeness!! :D

I didn't get out until late (because we were relaxing and enjoying the day off) and went to the treadmill because my legs are a little tired from hiking on Saturday and I figured the treadmill would be easier on them than the road.

Woot!! That was a great run -- I beat my best treadmill pace kind of handily (by my standards) and I felt really really good. :D

I'm glad that Run Fifty -- a nice round-number milestone -- went so well!

Running makes hiking better. Maybe hiking makes running better too. Win win!

After the day walking around something like a farmer's market, but not exactly, and standing waiting for Metro trains, and walking some more, my motivation for running was not all that high.

Especially as I was wearing flimsy little zero-support shoes all day while we were walking so my feet were feeling hard done by. I also have a cut on my toe. And my shins hurt from hiking the other day.

Wah wah wah bla bla bla.

Anyway, I wasn't all that motivated but I went anyway, of course, because lack of motivation is not a good reason not to go for a run. Which is pretty cool all by itself. :D

I am incredibly excited, y'all!! All this running has paid off in a way that is very near and dear to my soul -- I was able to go on three hikes in two days in Shenandoah National Park yesterday and today. There was a lot of up-hill and I didn't have to stop once to catch my breath.

Absolutely awesome!! :D :D I can't even describe how bummed I was at being too out of shape to hike well last summer and I'm very excited that it went better.

Also, our anniversary trip was absolutely wonderful. And we've got more anniversary weekend fun planned. :D
