A few jobs done in this Honda CX500 Cafe Racer Project.
First is relocating the keys switch so it sits under the seat, second is to add the rear light and lastly we grind down the bar brackets off the yolk.

Priming and painting the first coat of white onto the Suzuki GS550 cafe racer tank. I'm blaming a cheap spray gun for the delay in this video and since then I've invested in a better one. In this video also the seat cowl and front mudguard have been sanded ready to be primed and painted.

Finally fitting the new rubber intake boots for the Suzuki GS550 cafe racer project and re-fitting the carbs and filter pods. A quick job so after that I decided to give the seat cowl and front mudguard a first primer coat.

Part 16 of the Honda CX500 Cafe Racer build and the main issue I have is the huge number plate we have to have in the UK. In this video I create a removable bracket that I can change the look of the rear end depending on the season or if I show the bike at an event.

Whilst working on the Suzuki GS550 Cafe Racer fuel tank I decided to compile a list of my own top 5 fuel tanks that I would like to use on a Cafe Racer build.

They are:
BMW R80
Honda Clubman GB250
Royal Enfield GT
Honda CL350
BMW K100
