Will this happen in Guelph? We usually use this clause to add another buyer or change the buyer to a company for tax reasons. I have never resold a deal using this clause. Has anybody else had experience with this? Is it something to be concerned with?

To me it isn't about the Realtor commission, as the article implies, as much as it is about the original seller. They are missing out on equity that the market is obviously willing to pay.
