Feel free to post anything on here, as long as it's appropriate. Posts should mainly be about plants and herbs though.

Thyme tea made with the leaves of the plant tastes pretty good-with lots of honey.

A Mongolian herb mix, Deva-5, is composed of Gentiana decumbens, Momordica cochinchinensis, Hypecoum erectum, Polygonum bistorta. and Terminalia chebula. This mix is supposed to have anti viral capabilities, and T. chebula and H. erectum do, according to one article I read. It's called Evaluation of direct antiviral activity of the Deva-5 herb formulation and extracts of five Asian plants against influenza A virus H3N8. It's REALLY complicated.

Valarium is a good herb for relaxation.
