What to post: whatever you feel is appropriate and important to you, personally in a fitness related setting. Here we share our training routines, recipes, ideas and tips on weight loss and gain, programs for muscle tone and nutrition. It’s ok to post questions and ask for advice or support – that’s why we have this community.
