As I walked out of the gym this afternoon, I caught out of the corner of my eye a female who was standing in front of the counter. I had to walk past her and she turned her head and was checking out my booty as I walked out. 😜

Here is a quick way to add some adductor activation and lumbo-pelvic stabilization into the Glute Bridge. By squeezing the stability ball between your legs, it allows for some further muscles activation (adductors), which ultimately can provide some lumbo-pelvic stabilization. This would be especially important for someone that may have trouble staying out of low back extension patterns! Enjoy :) #fitness #glutes #tips

Going to run an official race in a couple weeks. Just a 5k. I jog, ride my bike and lift weights all the time anyway but it's a bit different when you have competition. Last race I actually ran in was the Aloha Run back in 1992 when I was stationed at Pearl Harbor. 24 years ago ??? Dang........

16 YEARS LATER..
Even though I didn't have a basketball this time around, I'm very happy to have gone through the injuries and set backs, and still maintain my capabilities nearly two decades later.

I tore my lateral meniscus in Dec 2011 and didn't think I would be able to jump the same. But in those last 5 years I worked hard. Worked smarter. Never give up. I admit it's more challenging in my 30s but I'll keep working hard to be the best that I can be.

This is my transformation. Now it's your turn.

Whatever you think is setting you back, prove to yourself that you can. Don't think it's too late. Strive on and keep going. You are closer than you think!

Have a blessed one.

+chyten leung it actually reduces it... Simulates training at high altitudes where oxygen is limited to force you to breathe properly. Ultimately if you can overcome a full training with limited oxygen when you have a lot... You prolly know the rest 😏
