K-Sculpt (Kettlebell) Workout
There is an almost organic feel when you're training with a kettlebell. The weight moves within your grip to realign itself with the forces that act upon it which means that the forces that then act upon your muscles are those of your bodyweight augmented by the physics of the kettlebell itself. The result is a more targeted, intensive workout that brings many of the body's supporting muscle groups into play for a transformational experience.

Instructions: Repeat each move with no rest in between until the set is done, rest up to 2 minutes and repeat the whole set again 3, 5 or 7 times depending on your fitness level.

What it works: Biceps, quads, glutes, adductors, lower back, triceps, core, deltoids, upper back, traps, abs, obliques, calves, chest, cardiovascular system.

Make it better:  Try going on the balls of your feet for some of the exercises, testing your core balance.

Make it harder:  Sixty seconds rest. That's all that you're allowed.

Hit your entire core from top to bottom with this minimal equipment abs-busting workout. It’s only two movements, but your abs will burn by the time you’re finished.

I'm trying another approach towards my plantar fasciitis problem. I'm going to see what a chiropractor can do for me. So, I'm sitting in the lobby at my first chiropractor appointment ever and there's a lady in the back yelling, "Oh, yes!" and she's moaning and groaning. I'm not sure if I should run in or out!
