Looking for advice, just had pectorials reattached. Both sets to upper arm.Really feeling the pain, anyone know what foods can speed recovery? Anyone suffered this? Missing gym badly, arm in sling for 6wks. Thanks. Rhod.

I'm not personally recommending or not recommending but my coworker swears by pycnogenol for every recovery of muscle, bone and tendons. You could check it out???

I decided to do Insanity Max:30 - Max Out Strength today to get some strength training in. This one really works arms, shoulders, chest and core. The kiddos joined in for the warmup.

Fitness Oriented

Because we sit so much in society today with our shoulders rounded forward, we can develop tightness in the chest muscles.  In a video of mine here https://youtu.be/g7cKrQPoBR0 not only will I explain to you the implications of this, but I will teach you 2 great stretches to greatly help with this problem.

1000 Saturday Squat Challenge...DONE! I admit that I struggled with the Frog and Hindu squat but I will do better next Saturday. Thank you all for <3 and #fitspiration.  My workout this morning included the following:
