Today's training title.... "Just Do The Damn Thang". I don't know how many sets total I did today, somewhere around 15, but it was about getting after the training. Took time from lifting heavy regularly, strengthen my lower back and nursed my aches and pains. Today I topped out at 500lbsX3 and 545lbsX2, with no belt. Now it's time for nom noms.
