I made Broccoli & Cheese Tots today. Recipe below.
2 cups - Fresh Broccoli (you can use frozen too)
2/3 cup - Italian Bread Crumbs
2/3 cup - Shredded Cheese
Onion (optional) to taste
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil fresh broccoli for 3 min and then drain and chop. Add remaining ingredients, stir and form into tot shape. Line a pan with parchment paper and place tots on the pan. Place in 400 degree oven for 20 min.

Beef Roast

1. Season and flour both sides of roast
2. Brown both sides in a frying pan or skillet with oil of your choice.
3. Combine 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, lipton onion soup packet and 3 cups of water. Mix well.
4. Place meat in roaster pan and pour mix over meat. (Optional - Onions)
5. Cook in 400 degree oven for 2 hours. If gravy isn't thickened, leave in until it is.
