I hope you are all enjoying your bank holiday weekend (if you live in the UK). I am conscious that I have not uploaded anything on the subject of meditation so here is something you can meditate on. It stems from the theory of five elements and a martial artists ability to attune themselves to each or one specifically according to any given situation. Now, this may seem a little alien to anyone who is new to thinking in this fashion, but very clear and received with open arms by those with an understanding of this philosophical side to martial and peaceful training.
