Level 3 Catering & Hospitality has kicked off the year with students learning about the Art of Coffee Making. Further to that the programme for 2016 has changed from previous years in terms of, we can now teach some Level 3 standards and no longer require to attend an outside provider to do so. A huge thank you to Ms Moore for all the work that went into getting accreditation to deliver these standards. Look forward to a positive year and also a successful and fruitful one.
