Where can we share our thoughts? I have some, but I don't know where to start, and maybe these thoughts are too premature or practical, at this very early stage.

To name just a few:

Size: how to gain momentum? When to start?
Members: where do they come from, why would they become a member, who will take care of them?
Payments: administration, hence employees? Or volunteers?
Moderators? Levels?
Allowed topics? Topic police?

Thank you for inviting me to such an interesting yet very ambitious initiative!
