2 cup boiled frozen green peas

2 medium size boiled potato

½ cup chopped onion

8-10 piece shrimp

4-5 piece chopped green chili

1/4th cup chopped coriander leaves

Outback Steakhouse Tiger Dill Sauce - (CC) Copycat - Dips/Sauces/salsa
Notes: The Tiger Dill Sauce is the great stuff they serve with your steak at Outback.
Makes about 1 cup
2//3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoon prepared horseradish
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1. In a large mixing bowl combine/Blend: all together and serve with any beef dish.
2. This is better if left to set overnight.

3 potatoes, cut with finger shape

2 medium size onion

4-5 piece green chili

Salt 1 tsp

Some chopped coriander leaves

½ cup all purpose flour

2 tbsp corn flour

1 tbsp zinger

Applebee's Fiesta Corn & Potato Chowder - (cc) CopyCat Recipe - Soup / Stew / Chili / Gumbo
Serves 6-8
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
3 large red potatoes, cubed
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (leave seeds in for spicier flavor)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (the more the spicier)
4 cups frozen corn
4 green onions, chopped
3 cups milk, divided
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup shredded taco chips
1. In a large saucepan, saute the onions and green pepper in butter until tender.
2. Add the broth and potatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are almost tender.
3. Stir in the jalapeño, mustard, salt, paprika and red pepper flakes.
4. Add the corn, green onions and 2 1/2 cups of milk, bring to a boil.
5. Combine the flour with the remaining milk until smooth; gradually add to soup. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until thickened and bubbly.
6. Top with a pinch of taco chips and serve.

PF Chang's Garlic Snap Peas - (cc) Copy Cat - Side Dish
2 cups fresh sugar snap peas
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash ground black pepper
1. Rinse and cut of the tip of each snap peas.
2. Heat wok/skillet hot over medium heat, add oil, add peas and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes or until crispy and tender.
3. Season with salt and pepper, stir around until well mixed with peas.
4. Combine garlic, stir briefly about 30 seconds. If too long the garlic might be burnt.
5. Remove and serve snap peas hot with cooked rice.

P.F. Chang's Spicy Green Beans - (cc) Copycat Recipe - Side Dish
Ingredients for Beans:
1 lb green beans
3 dried red chili pepper
2 green onions, white part
1 tablespoon garlic, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
salt and pepper for taste
Ingredients for Sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon Szechuan hot chili flakes (regular chili flakes will work also)
1. Trim green beans; break them into 1 1/2 inch long pieces with hands. Rinse and drained thoroughly.
2. Slice green onions into strips to match beans, chop garlic. 3. Heat wok/large skillet to medium high heat with oil
3. When the oil is hot, stir in red chili pepper, garlic, and green onions, stir fry briefly until aromatic.
4. Add together the green beans; stir fry constantly until color turn dark green and 60 percent cooked.
5. Mix in soy sauce and other sauce ingredients into wok. Cover and cook at high heat for 1-2 minutes.
6. After the green beans are cooked through, season the dish with salt and pepper, serve hot with rice or by self.
