Paper Russian cars. Some of these could be reskinned, some could be used as-is in place of old Volvos or cars like that.

Needed a squad of soldiers to place around a castle the players visited. I whipped these guys up. Most of them died.

A sheet of bone birds that I did for a fantasy game I ran a few years ago.

They were very fast, did medium amounts of damage with their beaks, and took only a small amount of damage to kill. But there were hundreds of them, and their attack method was to flock together and run past / around their target, so hundreds of little pecks and they were gone out the other side before just a handful of them could be hit.
