An "underwhelmingly" fantastic draft. Building for the future and not just this season. Special teams players were factored in during the later rounds, smart move. More like this please.

I think for the first time in a long time we had a good draft. We got bigger and more tougher.

Yeah I must agree I think John growled an`t playing he said some of the player won't be there next year. But if he can get that front line together an keep those people off him the quarter back may be able to get a pass off to someone,so I hope they deal with that problem

He's a great pick but I have to question the cap we will need to invest in him down the line with regard to the current market value of a RT or guard. Taking that aside he is a great upgrade to our line and versatile with it.

LOOOOOOOL - +Andre A. Shorter all the time we been defending this kids talent - the team agreed with us!

RIP to the feelings of fake fans.....

On the real though - I see some people crying that we picked up the option - do some research on what it TRULY means.
The Washington Redskins announced today they have picked up the fifth-year option for quarterback Robert Griffin III.

+L Matthews i don't think cousins is gruden's guy. if that were the case, cousins would've gotten the nod when he benched griffin. in choosing mccoy to start in place, that pissed cousins off thoroughly.

Ryan!
It's a battle between the No. 2 and No. 8 picks in the 2012 draft, both of whom recently had their fifth-year options picked up by their respective teams.

Although Washington Redskins’ General Manager Scot McCloughan met with the media to talk 2015 NFL draft, he began the session by saying the team would, in fact, be exercising the 2016 option on quarterback Robert Griffin, III. He said that the team would formally announce this Monday, May 4. More importantly than what McCloughan said about the quarterback, however, was the clues he gave regarding what the Washington Redskins could become with him...

Are you not entertained? Chip Kelly kicked off the offseason with a number of blockbuster moves. Does he have an encore performance in store for us in this year's NFL Draft and how will the rest of the NFC East respond?
