Fascinating. Charming. Quiet and little bit touched by moonlight. Misterious and comfy. Relaxing. For slow meditative walks and long quicker rushes. For windy quickies and quiet promenades in calm, rain and wind. Beautiful Dun laoghaire Pier AT NIGHT. We come here day and night and funny part is - you can see walkers there even at 2am. Delicious Dun Laoghaire promenade. I enjoy it even more at night with less people walking. Every stranger face is relaxed and friendly. Couples. Solo walkers. Dog walkers. Howth head is seen from Pier. Its distant shores are being blessed with tiny candlelights. Quiet. Piece. Meditation. How is it for you? How often do you guys walk and enjoy your walks?

I was born in Dun Laoghaire in the 50s went to school there and still live close by. Love Dun Laoghaire.

Have been residing in Ireland for the last 10 years and moved to Dun Laoghaire 3 years ago and still love the place and not thinking to move. Renting flat from nice Irish couple. I think Dun Laoghaire is truly beautiful place. We have been renting around dublin in Different areas but this is the most charming experience so far. Dun Laoghaire Pier is popular for walking any time of the day and mostly all weather conditions. And I dont mention about all the beautiful sunsets and sunrises you can experience here! Also I always admire people who can swim in the sea all seasons (there are also place for swimming called Dun Laoghaire Baths). For my 10 years I never dare to swim here - Irish waters are far too cold for me ;)

Hi, I'm Maksim from Latvia, I have heard about the programme a year a go,but joined to just a month ago. My idea is to grow the Dun Laoghaire local community to share my own experience to the public.

Hi all thank you for speaking so highly of my home town
