Along the Boreal Forest Trail at Creamer's Field in Fairbanks, Alaska. We've had a bit more rain than usual this year so the seasonal wetlands are taking a bit longer to dry up.

Hi everyone in Fairbanks

We’re touring through Alaska in the summer so we thought we’d introduce ourselves in case you like our music and want to see a show/hang out with us this July/early August.

My name is Björgvin Benediktsson and I’m the bass player in Laura and the Killed Men, an Americana/Alt-Country band from Tucson, Arizona. I’m originally from Iceland so it’ll be nice to get a break from the heat and come to Alaska for the familiar climate and everlasting sun! :)

Currently we have tour dates in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau and Homer so if you live in those location please let us know. We’d love to know more about the location and any local insights and secrets you think we should know about. Cool bars, great food, the fun outdoors, let us know about it! We’re there for a month so we want to experience as much of Alaska as possible!

Leave a comment and say hi and/or visit us at www.LauraAndTheKilledMen.com

Thanks!
Björgvin
