New version 1.0.4.0

Current Deskun update (1.0.4.0) includes the following changes:

Recipient lists for tickets reworked. Now there's a consistent list for every ticket which you can alter at any time. "To:" field presentation is more helpful now.
Application icon added in the upper right corner of the browser window. The icon displays unread ticket changes counter if at least one Gmail tab is open.
Hotkey support added. You can assign hotkeys using the application icon mentioned above.
When resizing the window, ticket list is automatically altered to more compact or more detailed form.
In preview pane mode tracking icons and snooze/later labels no longer flicker while browsing threads.
Search has been separated from filters in ticket list.
You can now select multiple tickets in ticket list with a SHIFT button.
Some minor interface bugfixes and QoL changes.
Sending messages from external mailboxes is more intutive now. Current thread is being automatically refreshed after sending so you can see the sent message without delay.

Ticket status update notifications are more detailed.
Recent ticket counter for a project now correctly updates when a project itself is minimized.
Going back to previous page functions correctly while viewing a ticket.
The queue hyperlink within ticket breadcrumbs now correctly leads to the queue.
Longer status names are now correctly displayed while a specific ticket page is open.
Got rid of repeating ticket title while using the preview pane.
Only "by default" and "by assignee" sorting methods cause the assignee's own tickets to be grouped apart from all other tickets.
Our blog has undergone some improvements that should be noticeable to mobile users.
Feedback and Support webpages now also feature Skype and Telegram contact details.

- All plugin popups are modified to conventional Gmail interface to improve user experience.
- When creating a ticket from an email you can set such attributes as priority, choosing responsible agent, deadline.
- Calendar closing error when selecting exact date was rectified.
- Now when you read a ticket and a new action is applied to the one the Notification counter value is subtracted.
- Now when creating a filter you can enter your queue inbox not loosing entered data in its creation form.
- You can leave a note when forwarding your ticket from one queue to another.
- Functions to leave a project/queue were added.

Наша команда постоянно работает над Deskun. Мы стараемся оперативно закрывать все ошибки и добавлять к системе новые полезные функции. Данное обновление Deskun включает следующие изменения:

- Все всплывающие окна плагина для лучшего восприятия были приведены к стандартному интерфейсу Gmail.
- При создании тикета из письма появилась возможность задавать ему сразу приоритет, ответственного и дедлайн.
- Исправлена ошибка закрытия календаря при выборе точной даты.
- Теперь, в случае прочтения тикета, в котором было произведено какое-то новое действие, в блоке "Уведомления" автоматически уменьшается счетчик.
- При создании фильтра появилась возможность указать почтовый ящик очереди без потери введенных данных в самой форме создания.
- Появилась возможность оставлять заметку при перекладывании тикета из одной очереди в другую.
- Добавлена возможность для агента самостоятельно выйти из проекта или очереди.

Помощник в Личном кабинете

Чтобы начало работы с сервисом Deskun было простым и понятным для новых пользователей, мы добавили помощника настройки в «Личном кабинете».

С его помощью создавать новые проекты, настраивать очереди, автоответы и фильтры стало еще проще. С подсказками помощника можно оптимизировать и использовать Deskun как для организации поддержки клиентов, так для управления задачами.

Так, при создании нового проекта мастер настройки предложит вам выбрать пункт «Поддержка клиентов» или «Управление задачами».

Затем вы сможете пошагово настроить Deskun для работы с заявками клиентов или для управления задачами.

Чтобы воспользоваться подсказками помощника, перейдите в «Личный кабинет» Deskun и создайте новый проект, следуя инструкции.

Improved performance, optimised background processing.
Ticket creation query is put in a queue if the server is momentarily unavailable. The query will be processed automatically once the server is up again.
Fixed the rare bug whereby drafts were not deleted after the message has been sent.
We reverted a previous change: tickets are viewed on a full page in "preview pane" mode again.
Changing ticket status to "Pending review" does not result in a return to query from the ticket view page.
Resolved the rare issue with changing a ticket's queue not being correctly displayed in the ticket's page.
The popup informing of a ticket properties alteration now shows specifically the altered property.
Improved UI for Apple Retina devices: the email field stays in the top first line in the new ticket creation form.
