Last Nights Homemade Gluten Free Pizza! Yummy :-)

So Crispy and Yummy

Gluten Free Fried Chicken
3-4 pounds chicken, in pieces (I use Chicken Breasts cut into strips)
For the brine:
1 gallon water
½ cup sea salt or kosher salt
2 cloves garlic
cracked black pepper
a handful of herbs you have handy

For the dipping:
1 ½ cups homemade buttermilk (1 ½ cups milk with juice of half a lemon)
For the crispy coating:
2/3 cups sweet rice flour (103 grams)
1/3 cup lentil flour (46 grams)
2/3 cup buckwheat flour (100 grams)
1/3 cup corn starch (43 grams)
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 ½ teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper (optional)
Preferred oil for frying

Hello all fellow gluten free-'ers :) I am new to gluten free, probably the last 4 months. This is one of the first GF recipes I made. They are tasty....yum
I really am not sure where this recipe came from, my neighbor who is also Celiac shared this with me :) Thank you Steph:D
Black Bean Brownies
1 15 oz can Black Beans
3 Eggs
3 Tbsp. Oil
1/3 C. Cocoa Powder
Dash of Salt
3/4 C. Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Instant Coffee (a strong brew of regular works just fine)
1/3 C. Chocolate Chips
Rinse beans well & drain. Pre-heat oven 350. Lightly grease a 5x5 pan or cupcake pan. Combine all ingredients except for the Choc. chips. Blend until smooth, pour in pan, and sprinkle top with Choc. Chips.
Bake time is 30 min.  Enjoy...they are tasty :)
