Hi. So sorry but the butcher has let us down for Monday. We will not therefore be in the kitchen.
I would like to see you all at 10:00 am and propose that we go for lunch as planned. Remember... Files in if I do not have them.
(Butcher was short staffed and overstretched with Henley.)

Last session next Monday.. All files must be in so attendance is crucial. The butcher will be in with 1/2 a pig and half a lamb for a whole carcass butchery master class. Usual start 9am prompt. We should be done by 12:00. We will then adjourn to the fisherman's arms.
