Though removed from the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo, the Edo Tokyo Outdoor Museum is well worth a visit. Come in the morning when its quiet and wander the many structures preserved from different eras of Japan's history. The famed director Hayao Miyazaki came here regularly for inspiration, and I wanted to share my own experiences while here.
