All matter in our universe somehow 'made itself' spontaneously from nothing. And then, from that self-created matter — all life forms on earth (in spite of their enormous complexity) Somehow accidentally 'made themselves' too.

Evolution is actually not linear as presented here, but this video by Dominic Walliman is, anyway, a great resource for educational purposes. Look at all his posters: https://www.flickr.com/photos/95869671@N08/
You are the living ancestor of an unbroken chain of lives stretching from you, through your mother and your grandmother all the way back through the complete history of life on planet Earth to the very first life forms that appeared around four billion years ago.

This is for those who believe that any marriage is okay based on "consenting adults."
If consenting adults is not a good enough reason, this post is not for you.

Why is marriage defined now as between only two people? Why not three, four, ten, a thousand?

How about relatives that are adults? Why would we restrict them from marrying? Why should consenting adult family members we be banned from marrying each other?

What businesses is this of yours?

If consenting adults is a good reason, then it seems any consenting adults can and should do whatever they please regarding defining marriage for themselves.

If all drugs are legalized, why should society be obligated to help these people that choose to do drugs?
Why should society be forced to support those that choose to use drugs to the point they can't work, get housing, medical care, etc for themselves.
Why is society obligated give them clean needles? Shouldn't they, as adults, be given that responsibility? If they overdose, they chose to do that as an adult, why should we try to save them costing society money we could be spending on helping those that didn't choose to be poor, hungry, homeless, etc?
It seems to me that when an adult makes a choice to do drugs, that they bear all the suffering that comes with it.
Why should society allow them to freely choose to do drugs and then we pay for everything else in their life? They want to not participate in society by paying in taxes, or adding to the productivity of society, but instead burden the tax payers who aren't doing drugs but working hard to pay their rent and raise their families.

It seems to me that allowing these drug user to die would save the tax payers and thin out the unwanted and burdensome.

Do you have a good argument that says society is obligated or at least should sully support drug users with food, shelter and medical care?

Doesn't it seem that many people would prefer to live high and not worry about ever being responsible?

Would anyone treat their children any different if they became fundamental, bible thumping Christians?
Or would they accept them for who they are and not try to change them?
