WomensLifting.com is a place for women to log their workouts, talk training, nutrition, injuries, exchange ideas, share videos, get some encouragement, network, etc. It is a completely open forum, no invites, no qualifications, no requirements, everyone is welcome. You don't have to be an athlete or competitor. We're not trying to change the world or promote any agendas, just hoping to build an interactive training community for women.
