Health Systems will be the focus on the this weeks conversation in TWiGH - a "live" weekly news roundup on all things Global Health

Dear TWiGH community,

Firstly, thanks very much for joining this group and indicting that you're interested in helping out with This Week in Global Health. There is a lot to be done and the more of you that can get involved the better.

My attitude toward getting people involved is that its largely up to you. There are lots of ways that you can just get involved without my assigning you a specific task. The more you "participate" the more I'll reach out to you and bring you some of the more core activities. So, for example, use this platform to make suggestions about future content and possible audiences that we might want to reach out to. Go to the YouTube channel and comment on the existing episodes. Watch the live show and ask questions during the show. Retweet some of our #twigh  tweets on twitter etc. etc.

Basically what I'm saying is that, given the size of this group, don't wait for me to reach out to you personally before you get involved. Just do it. The more you participate the more you'll naturally fit into the ongoing discourse and be included in the core group that are running the show. Doest that make sense?

Looking forward to working with all of you.
