I am a mother of 5 on her health and fitness journey who has struggles since Jr. High School until her late 20's with weight and eating habits. Heaviest weight 230 lbs and lowest 143 lbs.
Took at step back and one day after havimg my 5th child and realised everything I have going for me, and everything I have to be thankful and live for! THAT day I made a huge commitment to strive to be a better perosn than the day before inside and out! To MAKE the time to exercise and learn to eat healthier. To set a positive example for my children and family and to be the best role model on setting and crushing goals!
Through my health and fitness journey I have found a passion for helping, motivating, supporting and building friendships with people who strive to live a healthier life!
I find myself currently down 57 lbs from where I started at 207 in 2015 and a new independant health and fitness coach with Beachbody! Is it a lot of weight loss.... NO! Have I lost a lot of inchess...YES! Have I hit my goal....Several of them!! Is it a struggle...is it hard....Yes. Is it doable, worth it and rewarding...ABSOLUTLY!!
