PENTECOSTS Tongue Talkers Not Necessary To Be Saved!
Acts 2:1-4 (King James Version)
1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

This is the Feast of Pentecost one of the great Feasts ordained by God which was practiced by Israel yearly. it took place fifty days after Passover

2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

This portrays the Holy Spirit in a new dimension, all made possible by the Cross and it filled all the Temple where their were sitting, probably in the Court of the Gentiles

3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

This is the fulfilling of Prophecy concerning John the Baptist (Matthew 3;11). And it sat not only on the Twelve Apostles but all that were there

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Not just the Apostles due to the Cross, but the Holy Spirit could now come into the hearts of all Believers and to abide permanently (John 14;16) and their began to speak with other tongues this is the evidence that one was Baptized with the Holy Spirit this was predicted by the Prophet Isaiah 28;9-12) and by Jesus in (Mark 16;17; John 15;26; 16;13) this was a languages known somewhere in the world, but not by the speaker God bless love you all

Today’s Topic: The Power Of The Word of God

Key Verse: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. (Isaiah 55:11)

Jesus knew there was power in God's Word, but He also knew men must hear and respond to that Word in order for it to be effective. The words of Jesus, which were God's Words, were so powerful that they worked from a distance. Jesus did not even have to be present at the scene of the problem. One man who had a sick servant said. . .

Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And His servant was healed in the selfsame hour. (Matthew 8:8,13)

Happy Monday Everyone. Hope you are doing well. Have a blessed and stressed free week and remember words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble......Love Ya!!!!

Warning To The Wicked!
Psalm 75:8 (King James Version) Also read Psalm 1-7,9-10
For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them

This speaks of the judgment that is coming upon the Earth during the time of the Great Tribulation. Jesus said it would be worse than any time had ever been in history (Matthew 24;21)

The Cup Of The Wrath For All Nations
Jeremiah 25:15-17 (King James Version) Also read verses 18-38
15 For thus saith the Lord God of Israel unto me; Take the wine cup of this fury at my hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send thee, to drink it.

This part of the Prophecy leaps ahead to the future, and in fact as not yet been fulfilled. The fulfillment will come in the Great Tribulation (Revelation 16;19)

16 And they shall drink, and be moved, and be mad, because of the sword that I will send among them.

This refers not only to the coming destruction of Babylon by Darius and Cyrus, but as well to the Great Tribulation when the Antichrist will "TAKE PEACE from the EARTH" (Revelation 6;4)

17 Then took I the cup at the Lord's hand, and made all the nations to drink, unto whom the Lord had sent me:

This would have proper fulfillment in Jeremiah's near future, and would include all the nations surrounding Judah. But yet, the words, "THE cup of the LORD's HAND" jump ahead to the Book of Revelation (Revelation 14;10) Judgment must begin at the house of the Lord (1 Peter 4;17) In other words begins with believers and pertains to their Faith whether in the Cross or otherwise, and will end with Babylon (Revelation Chapter 18) God bless love you all
